For a sterilazed storage solution, Hi-Cube offered Louberd panels with wire mesh bins.

For a sterilazed storage solution, Hi-Cube offered Louberd back panels with wire mesh bins.
The existing cabinets needed bins for medical accessories and arms to hold catheters.
Louberd panels were installed to keep the storage clean, they are powered coated steal very easy to clean, ideal for hospital applications.
The wire mesh bins do not collect dust and do not require cleaning.

Canada Metal

A 40,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility specializing in the production of diecast marine anodes.

The company ran out of space and needed to increase their storage capacity.
Hi-Cube offered Push back Racking, for 344 pallet positions.
The facility is able now to have more storage capacity in the same space.
Push Back Racking enables the manufacturer to store multiple SKUs on different lane levels. Along with proper warehouse management, the facility can now maintain FIFO (First In First Out) by emptying the oldest lanes first.

BC Frozen Foods

The company specializes in the processing of fruits and vegetables. Hi-Cube was able to quadruple their storage capacity within the same sq. footage.

Hi-Cube designed a racking system that helped them store four times more pallets in the same foot print.
We supplied and installed Push-back, a solution that works on gravity. With this racking system the forklift operators never enter the rack.
The customer can now store more bulk food in their newly constructed cooler.

Lighting was added above each station once they were all installed. The installation was done over a period of time to replace the 8 stations plus the packaging and shipping station

These heavy duty work benches were designed by Hi-Cube for the Kwantlen workshop. These tables have an 8000lb weight capacity.
Rousseau shelving provides a versitile solution that will enable Kwantlen staff to not only adjust shelf levels but add doors, drawers, side or back panels along with many other options.

Rails are recessed in floor so there is no ramp or lip entering system.
This project took over two years to go from an idea to an approved project but was well worth the wait.
This system required floor renovations to accommodate very heavy shelving units. Hi-Cube provided the complete solution!
